Hello, my name is Sulieman Al-Blui and I am the owner and founder of Wadi Rum Sky.
We are a local Bedouin and family-run business. When you arrive I will welcome you into my home for orientation before you head out into the desert. Furthermore, many of our guides and people who you will meet while enjoying your tour or your stay at my Bedouin Camp are members of my family and tribe.

Bedouin Locals
Now, I live in Rum Village with my wife and children but when I was a child my family would spend a lot of time in the desert with our sheep and goats. Both my parents were born at a time when the Bedouin of Wadi Rum lived in tents in the desert. They were living in the areas where you will enjoy your tours. In those days locals would only head to the village when they wanted to collect water.
Preserving Our Culture
Despite moving into the village (as we all did to access school and healthcare) my parents still go into the desert for a few months or more each spring and winter to graze their animals. We are one of the few families left in Rum who still do this.
